Our story
We never give up!
Wings of Soul is a UK based charity that helps every victim of domestic violence and abuse — women, men, children and the LGBT community.
We were founded to offer a wide range of support to vulnerable people facing xenophobia, sexism and violence. For more than 20 years we have supported victims and helped shape and coordinate the response to domestic violence and abuse.
Survivors' voices are at the heart of everything we do: we listen closely and respond proactively to what each person needs.

Practical guidance and support
- Legal help with family and domestic law.
- Practical help with immigration, visas and personal documents.
- Guidance on systems, procedures, policies and regulations.
- Help with the basics of life: accommodation, food, clothing and more.
- Psychological support and complementary therapies.
- Financial support and money-management guidance.
- Liaising with local authorities on healthcare, education and employment.
- Helping people join social programmes.

For over two decades our services have run without funding. Our team has given its time, energy and often its own money to support the cause.
We have big plans and want to reach many more victims — but we can't do it alone. We need the support of Government, agencies and companies to continue our work and make an even bigger difference to victims and to society.
